Ezekiel Woods
I am Ezekiel Woods, proud owner and CEO of Shilling and Brighteye Catering Services, your premier choice for exceptional American and Caribbean cuisine.
I was born on the beautiful island of Saint Vincent and the Grenadines, where my passion for cooking ignited at the age of thirteen. In 1986, I migrated to the United States, and in 2003, I pursued formal studies at the Art Institute of New York City. There, I honed my skills in pastry arts, culinary arts, and restaurant management, culminating in my graduation with honors in 2006.
While at the Art Institute, I participated in several team competitions, proudly earning both silver and bronze medals. These experiences, alongside the guidance of talented instructors, enriched my culinary expertise. During my internship at one of Jean-Georges’ renowned restaurants, I had the privilege of working with Johnny Iuzzini, a celebrated American television pastry chef, for three invaluable months.
At Shilling and Brighteye Catering Services, we bring a blend of authenticity, creativity, and excellence to every dish. Whether you are hosting an intimate gathering or a grand celebration, our commitment is to deliver an unforgettable culinary experience.
